Hassan Khalid Ranjha is a UK-trained barrister, legal scholar, and Additional Advocate General, Punjab, Pakistan. He is the son of Dr. Khalid Ranjha, former Federal Law Minister of Pakistan, former Advocate General Punjab, and former Judge of the Lahore High Court. A graduate of King's College London and University College London, he was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and later completed a PhD in Law. His professional and academic interests include constitutional law, administrative law, criminal justice reform, artificial intelligence, digital governance, and international law. He has authored books, research papers, and legal publications examining the rule of law, AI governance, human rights, cyber law, and comparative constitutional systems.
