Together with the global luxury brand Jacob & Co Mohali Chandigarh, GB Realty has opened the first branded homes in Punjab in Mohali. They are on 200-foot Airport Road. The ₹2,400–2,500 crore mixed-use development covers 9 acres and has eight 18-story towers, two of which are exclusive to Salman Khan. The proposed homes include large 3 and 4 BHK apartments, and prices are expected to start at ₹16,500 per square foot.
