Every storage shed, utility building and lofted barn on the property has earned its spot. Our buying decisions come from years of industry conversations: manufacturers we have interviewed, builders we have toured, materials we have watched hold up in real weather. Every building that lands on the property is one we would put in our own backyard. Shannon Latham has spent 20 years inside this industry, across procurement, sales, financing and vendor relations, and the last seven pulling back the curtain as host of the Shed Geek Podcast. Hundreds of episodes, over 1,000 conversations with manufacturers, dealers, haulers and builders across the country. He has been inside the factories. He has watched the trucks roll out. That breadth of perspective is what shapes the inventory on the ground in the Hub City. It matters here. The Upstate is growing fast, with BMW, Michelin and Milliken pulling families into new subdivisions around Boiling Springs, Duncan and Lyman, and plenty of acreage still out toward Woodruff and Cowpens. Those are two different buyers with two different storage problems, and we stock for both. When you ask us why we carry a particular brand, you get a real answer rooted in years of context. We can talk floor systems, siding choices, fasteners, hauling and warranty terms in detail, and explain why those details matter for red-clay ground and long Carolina summers. That is the standard at every Shed Geek Structures, and it is the standard we hold in Spartanburg.
