This study explores how Fiinovation has emerged as a key player in transforming corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India through effective impact assessment and strategic implementation. The project examines how the company bridges the gap between corporates and social development organizations by designing, managing, and evaluating CSR initiatives. Special focus is given to Fiinovation’s impact assessment framework, which helps measure the social, economic, and environmental outcomes of CSR programs.
